What’s Included in Your Maintenance Check?

Our expert team will thoroughly inspect your trampoline to ensure it’s safe, secure, and in great condition. Here’s what we’ll be checking:

Frame & Structure:

  • Condition of the legs and frame.

  • Are the center posts sited correctly?

  • Are all nuts and bolts properly fitted through the legs and frame?

Mat & Rods:

  • Are the mat rod sleeves in good condition?

  • Are the mat rods correctly seated in their holders?

  • Are there any damaged mat rod holders?

  • Is the mat in good and clean condition, including the underside?

Safety Net:

  • Is the net in good condition? Are there any holes, rips, or signs of wear?

  • Is the zip opening and closing smoothly? (We’ll apply lubricant if needed to improve function.)

  • Are the net rod sleeves in good condition?

  • Are the net rods fitted securely at the top, ensuring they don’t come loose?

  • Are the C-clips inserted correctly into the holders on the frame?

Accessories:

  • Is the hoop fitted correctly, with all nuts, bolts, and cable ties in place?

  • Is the step securely sited on the frame?

Additional Services

We will bring all the spare parts needed for the maintenance check, so if you're interested in having a net replaced, new mat rods installed, or any other parts updated, we can take care of that while we’re there too!

Additionally, we’ll bring a jet wash to give your trampoline a bit of a clean. Please note that as it’s an outdoor product, we won’t be able to restore it to its original appearance, but we’ll do our best to freshen it up!
