How to Use Your Serial Number to Register Your Warranty
Now that you know where to find your Springfree serial number, let’s talk about how to use it.
If you need to register your warranty, you will first go to our Warranty Registration Page and click on “Open Form”.
Once you fill out your personal and purchase information, you will then enter your serial number in the 3rd section (pictured below):
You can also register your accessory’s serial number here if you have a FlexrHoop, FlexrStep or SunShade.
How to Use Your Serial Number to Submit a Warranty Claim
You will also need to enter your serial number to submit a trampoline warranty claim.
Go to the Warranty Claim Page and follow the same steps as registering your trampoline’s warranty (detailed in the previous section).
How to Use Your Serial Number to Get Replacement Parts (Quickly)
To order Springfree Trampoline replacement parts, you will need your serial number (you can also count the number of mat rods or use the model number – ex: S113 for Large Square model).
You will also need the shape of your trampoline (either oval, square or round).
To achieve a seamless experience, have your serial number and trampoline shape ready to go!
G3 vs. G4 Springfree Trampolines
A key function of the Springfree serial number is to designate whether you have a G3 or G4 model.
G3 Springfree Trampolines were typically sold between 2008-2015. G4 trampolines are the newest models.
You can tell if you have a G4 trampoline because it will say “G4” in the serial number. G3 Trampolines will just have four digits.
This is important to you because it can affect your replacement parts and warranty coverage.
G3 Trampoline parts are no longer covered under warranty.
If you need parts for a G3 model, they also might cost £10-£50 more (depending on the part).
Some parts, like the frame pieces, are no longer available for G3 models. You will need to buy a new trampoline if you need a new frame on a G3 Trampoline.
Although the upfront price might be lower, the cost for replacement parts could be higher than buying a new Springfree Trampoline (especially true for G3 models).
If you have a G3 Trampoline and are looking to buy another Springfree, we recommend buying a new trampoline, so you get full warranty coverage and won’t have to replace any parts.
